RETURNS POLICY

Whilst we hope everyone is happy with their order we understand that issues happen with shipping and people change their mind so we do offer returns and exchanges.

Return Shipping is paid by buyers and it will be the buyers responsibility to ensure items are returned safely. Please ensure products are safely packaged, and sent via a tracked/signed service. Once this has been done you will need to send tracking information to us. 

Items must still be in their original and unused condition with any original tags and in any packaging they arrived in.

Once we've confirmed receipt of the item the refund will be processed within 3 working days - please note that it may take longer for the refund to process with the bank/paypal.

If you decide to go ahead with an exchange and the new item costs more you will be charged the difference, if the new item costs less you will be refunded the difference.
